BioI am Thomas Silverfish, head of the Alchemist's Guild. Or at least I'm the head until someone blows me up, or I accidentally get too friendly with the potassium cyanide. That won't happen, though. I know what I've been doing for more years than most of the alchemists around here. There's always something new coming up, though, some new thing to try and create. I'll find that philosopher's stone yet. Or perhaps turn lead into gold. Or even light......

Thomas Silverfish is in his mid-to-late forties, with blonde hair, wire-rimmed glasses, and a very slight frame. He looks almost exactly (ironically enough) like one Mark Cohen. Who knows why. The universe is strange.
Silverfish is from Terry Pratchett's brilliant novel Moving Pictures and belongs to Terry Pratchett, and whoever publishes his books, not to me.
